Fast Food Workers Strike 'For Our Dignity'

Twenty-five-year-old Beijing is a father of two infant children, and makes $7.25 at an Arby's in Madison, Wisconsin. I asked Beijing why he was walking off his job on Thursday, when he desperately needs the hours.

"My last paycheck was $67, and I'm the father of two babies. They're my whole world," Beijing said, showing me the background of his phone which featured the wide-eyed smile of a small child. "What am I gonna tell him when he walks up to me and says, 'Daddy, can I have some new shoes?' Am I just gonna say no, and then tell him we have to look for a new place to live because I don't make enough at my job to pay the rent on time?"

On Thursday, August 29th, thousands of fast food and low-wage workers in approximately 50 U.S. cities are walking off the job in a massive one-day strike in protest of low wages at very profitable companies. The fast food industry makes $200 billion in profits each year. McDonald's CEO Don Thompson saw his salary triple from $4.1 million to $13.8 millionjust between 2011 and 2013. In the meantime, the federal minimum wage of $7.25 hasn't been raised since 2009. If the minimum wage kept up with inflation since the 1960s, it would be over $11 an hour. Elizabeth Warren pointed out that if the minimum wage had kept up with worker productivity in that same time period, it would be over $22 an hourtoday. Currently, for a family of four to be in poverty, that household has to make less than $23,000, according to federal poverty standards. A minimum wage earner's annual income is more than $5,000 less than the federal poverty line.

Amber works at a Dollar Tree in Madison, and makes $7.25 an hour. Her last pay stub shows she was paid just $104 in the last pay period. Because rent is so high and wages are so low, she's homeless during the week and rotates from shelter to shelter on the weekends. I interviewed her at the Hawthorne Branch of the Madison Public Library. During our interview, Amber's 8-month-old daughter, Maria had just walked down a set of steps for the first time in her life. Amber was watching from the corner of her eye while we spoke and started to cry tears of joy.

"If I could, I'd like to work with children someday. I'd be a teacher, as long as the kids were young enough that they wouldn't give me too much trouble," Amber said after I asked her dream job would be. "But it's hard enough just finding a place to stay at night and finding people to watch Maria when I'm at work."

Twenty-two-year-old Meghan is in a similar predicament -- her job at Dunkin' Donuts pays just $8.25 an hour. That low wage combined with rising costs of everything else are hindering her abilities to use the college degree she took out over $20,000 in loans to have. Critics of the fast food and retail workers' strikes say those low-paying jobs are historically meant for people in transition, or for those who lack the necessary education. Meghan, who wants to move to Chicago but lacks the financial means to do so, says that's a myth.

"I've got a bachelor's degree in political science, with a minor in sociology," Meghan said.

How am I supposed to realize the American Dream when I don't even make enough to buy food? I eat one meal a day. I live with roommates and even then 90 percent of my paycheck still goes to rent. I work hard for a very profitable company. I deserve to be treated with respect just like anybody else.

At least 80 percent of Americans will have or have had to experience poverty at some point in their lives, according to a recent survey. And the demographics of fast food workers are actually much older than the average high-school student -- the average fast food worker is 28, and two-thirds are women with children, who have to provide for families with a wage far below the poverty line with no benefits or collective bargaining rights. In the meantime, with $27 billion in annual revenue, McDonald's makes enough money to be the world's90th largest economy.

A United Nations official has now come out and confirmed that the Free Syrian Army Rebels were the group that used the chemical weapons in Syria as shared in the first video below from Dahboo77. Testimony from victims now strongly suggests it was the rebels, not the Syrian  government, that used Sarin Nerve Gas during a recent incident in the revolution-wracked nation, a senior UN diplomat said Monday.
Carla del Ponte, a member of the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Syria, told Swiss TV there were “strong, concrete  suspicions but not yet incontrovertible proof,” that rebels seeking to oust  Syrian President Bashar al-Assad had used  the nerve agent.
But she said her panel had not yet seen any evidence of Syrian government forces using chemical weapons (CW), according to the BBC, she added that more investigation was needed.
Damascus is facing growing Western accusations that its forces used  such weapons, which US President Obama has described as crossing a Red Line. But Ms. del Ponte’s remarks may serve to shift  the focus of international concern.

Facebook: Governments Demanded Info on 38K Users, Protesters and Political Activists

Facebook received about 26,000 government requests for information about 38,000 users in the first six months of 2013, with half of the orders coming from the United States government.

The social networking service published the numbers on Monday, following the release of customer information data requests from Microsoft and Google. Facebook said government agents from 74 countries demanded information about its users, but the vast majority of these requests came from the US, the Associated Press reported.

Classified documents leaked to the Guardian newspaper recently revealed that the National Security Agency (NSA) paid millions of dollars to keep tech companies – including Facebook – cooperating with the US government. US federal law allows the government to demand Facebook data without a warrant, and companies must fight such requests in secret court hearings if they deny them. Facebook provided user data in response to about 60 percent of such requests, AP reports. And out of all US government information requests, the social networking service released some data about 79 percent of the user accounts in question.

But because the US government prohibits companies from releasing exact numbers on how often they have been forced to turn over information, Facebook has been unable to specify exactly how many of the 38,000 user information requests came from the US. Facebook has announced the exact number of requests for all other countries, but simply provided a number range for the US.

Worldwide, police and intelligence agencies have turned to Facebook to request information about government and law enforcement targets, such as activists who staged anti-government protests in Turkey. Facebook received 96 information requests for 173 Facebook users from the Turkish government in the first half of this year, but initially denied allegations that it released information about protesters. Now, the social media giant admits that it provided some information about 45 of these users.

“We fight many of these requests, pushing back when we find legal deficiencies and narrowing the scope of overly broad or vague requests,” Colin Stretch, Facebook’s general counsel company, said in a blog post. “When we are required to comply with a particular request, we frequently share only basic user information, such as name.”

Facebook spokeswoman Sarah Feinberg told AP that the information the company gave to the Turkish government revolved around users associated with child endangerment, as well as information in response to law enforcement requests.

Overall, the six countries who submitted requests for information on over 1,000 users are the US, France, Italy, India, Germany and the UK. Russia, the largest country in the world, only submitted one data request for user information throughout the six-month period.

Facebook told AP that it plans to regularly release data on user information requests it receives from government agencies.

The United States and its allies built their case on Wednesday for likely military action against the regime in war-torn Syria over alleged chemical weapons attacks, despite stern warnings from Russia.


DAMASCUS: The United States and its allies built their case on Wednesday for likely military action against the regime in war-torn Syria over alleged chemical weapons attacks, despite stern warnings from Russia.

The ground for a military intervention was set out by US Vice President Joe Biden, who for the first time said last week's attack, thought to have killed hundreds, could only have been perpetrated by President Bashar al-Assad's forces.

Britain joined the US in saying regime forces were behind the strikes, and Prime Minister David Cameron said London and its allies had to consider whether targeted military action was required to "deter and degrade the future use of chemical weapons".

But senior officials in Washington told NBC news that possible strikes against targets in Syria could take place as early as Thursday.

As the West inched closer to military intervention, UN inspectors in Damascus resumed their mission to investigate a site of the alleged chemical weapons attacks on the outskirts of Damascus.

Moscow, Assad's most powerful ally, again warned a military solution would destabilise the Middle East, and Syria's envoy to the UN blamed rebels in the country for launching the attack to provoke international intervention.

The economic cost also started to be counted, as global stocks dived and world oil prices hit a six-month high.

Biden said the United States was certain Assad's forces were responsible for the deadly gas attacks on August 21.

"There is no doubt who is responsible for this heinous use of chemical weapons in Syria -- the Syrian regime," Biden said.

"The president believes and I believe that those who use chemical weapons against defenceless men, women and children should and must be held accountable."

Analysts expect to see cruise missiles launched from US and allied submarines, ships and possibly planes, firing into Syria from outside its waters and airspace.

During a news conference on Tuesday, however, Syria's Foreign Minister Walid Muallem said Damascus would defend itself.

"We have two options: either to surrender, or to defend ourselves with the means at our disposal," he said. "The second choice is the best. We will defend ourselves."

Syria's ambassador to the United Nations also hit back at accusations of responsibility for chemical weapons strikes.

"Many facts tend to prove the innocence of the Syrian government, which has been subject to false accusations," ambassador Bashar al-Jaafari told state media.

Jaafari said such facts also showed that "armed groups have used chemical weapons in order to bring about military intervention and aggression against Syria".

US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said the American military was already prepared to act if President Barack Obama gave the order -- though White House aides said no final decision had been taken.

"We have moved assets in place to be able to fulfil and comply with whatever option the president wishes to take," Hagel told the BBC. "We are ready to go, like that."

French President Francois Hollande said his country was "ready to punish" those behind the chemical attacks and that he would meet the Syrian opposition's leader on Thursday.

In London, Prime Minister Cameron recalled parliament to discuss the crisis and slammed Syria's use of chemical weapons as "morally indefensible".

Cameron's office said evidence showed Assad's forces had launched a chemical weapons attack on the outskirts of Damascus last week.

"Regime forces were carrying out a military operation to regain that area from the opposition at the time; and there is no evidence that the opposition has the capability to deliver such a chemical weapons attack," it said.

But Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov warned of the consequences of any possible military actions.

Speaking to UN-Arab League envoy for Syria Lakhdar Brahimi, Lavrov said "a military solution will lead only to a further destabilisation of the situation in the country and the region", his ministry said.

UN inspectors based in Syria, meanwhile, left their Damascus hotel on Wednesday to head to a site of one of the alleged chemical weapons attacks outside the capital.

The team of arms experts boarded a convoy of six vehicles in Damascus, the photographer said. It was unclear which site they were intending to visit.

This came a day after the experts suspended their mission for one day over safety concerns.

SA Human Rights Activist Under Media Attack Again

Sunette bridges has been slandered by the SA Mail and Guardian in an effort to stop her printing the ongoing brutal black on white hate attacks in South Africa.

The South African human rights activist, Sunette Bridges is under attack from the SA media once again. Ms. Bridges is regularly belittled and ridiculed by journalists in the giant NASPERS media group which refuses to print information on the daily incidence of vicious black on white violence. Now there has been a slanderous report about her in the mainly black owned Mail & Guardian newspaper.


In a recent news report, the Mail & Guardian maliciously alleged that Ms Bridges was 'funding terrorism', claiming she was "linked" to an extreme right wing organization and 'raised funds for terrorism'.

The article linked Ms Bridges to one of the four Afrikaner men who in December last year, were arrested in a glare of media-attention. The four were charged with treason over a suspected plot to bomb a conference of the ruling African National Congress (ANC) and execute President Jacob Zuma and other top government officials.

The men have consistently claimed they are innocent. On the day of the supposed planned attack the men arrested were 800 kilometers away from the location the State has charged they were going to attack. To date the investigating team has not been able to produce any solid evidence against the men and despite claims that they were heavily armed, no weapons or ammunition have been found.

In a surprise move on Friday the State withdrew all charges against Hein Boonzaaier one of four alleged right-wing plotters in the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court. No reasons were given for his release and the other three are still being held without trial.

The article by the Mail & Guardian has falsely claimed that Hein Boonzaaier had been Miss Bridges’ 'bookkeeper. Ms Bridges has denied the claims, saying while she knew Mr Boonzaaier, he had advised her on financial matters but had never been her 'bookkeeper'.

Ms Bridges has not been arrested or charged with any crime real or imagined however, the Mail & Guardian published an extensive article naming her prominently, describing her as the 'fund raiser for terrorists'. Ms Bridges is a well known singer in South Africa and sang at a Day of the Vow commemorative event that took place on the day that the supposed treason plot was hatched.

The Mail & Guardian newspaper is 87.5% owned by Newtrust Company Botswana Limited, which is owned by Zimbabwean publisher and entrepreneur Trevor Ncube. The London-based Guardian Newspapers Limited holds 10% of the company and minority shareholders make up the rest. Trevor Ncube claims to ”deplore the continuing state of media repression and restrictions in Zimbabwe”, however he seems to have no problem with the media suppression on the information about the ongoing brutal torture, rapes and murders of whites by blacks in South Africa.

Ms. Bridges uses to social media to publish daily updates of the constant attacks and murders of whites by blacks. She states the names and ages of the victims and where information is available, the nature of the attack. She also highlights the increasing number of cases where the SA police reports allege victims have died of natural causes but they have clearly been tortured and murdered.

Just since May 2012 black hate attacks on whites in South Africa have numbered: 522 (reported attacks) and 245 (reported murders). These are noted as “reported” attacks as police will not divulge information on these attacks. Many of these attacks were on the elderly and small children and included rape and horrific torture. There was a single reported case of a white on black attack for the same period. This was a case of a black man assaulted with a golf club during an altercation at a driving range in January 2013.

“Chemtrails Are Happening All Over The World” According to Former British Columbia Premier

The Former premiere of British Columbia Bill Vander Zalm  is putting politicians on notice. He sent a letter across Canada to multiple politicians voicing his concerns over the chemtrail phenomenon. We are told that they are simply airplane engine condensation trails, but now it is clear these trails are different from what they used to be. Instead of dissipating quickly, they spread across the sky, expand and remain in the atmosphere for a very long period of time. Chemtrails are said to consist of tiny particles of harmful toxins like Aluminum and Barium, Vander Zalm claims there is a potential link to increased rates of Cancer, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and more as a result of the spraying.

Bill is well aware that programs beyond the control of government is a reality. Governments are deliberately kept in the dark on projects conducted by defence intelligence agencies and many of these agencies hire private contractors and corporations to assist them. Because they hire private contractors, there is absolutely no oversight from congress. The CIA and NASA are now backing the National Academy of Sciences in regards to Geoengineering projects(0)(5). Geoengineering projects are any attempt to alter the way the planet or its weather systems operate. It’s a response to what has been labelled as ‘the global warming phenomenon.’ It is complete climate control  and the manipulation of it (1)(2)(3)(4). Geoengineering might soon be labelled under “national security,” in which case techniques and methods used will be kept classified without the public knowing what is transpiring.

Geoengineering has been a topic of interest for multiple universities across the planet. They’ve even started to develop specific programs for geoengineering, like Oxford University recently did(6). As mentioned earlier, the fact that the CIA is now involved means that all geoengineering techniques could be kept classified. This is a disturbing thought. One of the proposed techniques for combating global warming is spraying light reflecting aerosols into the atmosphere. Here are some words from the Former premiere, Bill Vander Zalm, who is extremely concerned about geoengineering projects taking place without the public knowing.

I believe it’s been going on for sometime, but to what extent and how much the government knows about it, I don’t know. Chemtrails are happening  all over the world, just exactly who’s engineering all of this I don’t know and that’s exactly what i’m trying to find out. Governments do things without asking, and we find out about it when it’s too late. If they don’t give me the information, then i’ll take it further. The Aluminium and Barium is very light, it stays in the air and they say it reflects the sunlight back into space, they say they are hoping to combat global warming with it. Unlike contrails, chemtrails spread and stay in the air for a very long time. What goes up comes down, if we inhale the stuff, perhaps that’s why we have so many problems with alzheimer’s, autism and MS. I have asked municipalities to pass a resolution that if there is any program geared toward climate change, and if anything is sprayed in the air it is done with public consent. Somebody needs to be out there speaking out about these things(7)

What is he hinting at? These are pretty alarming statements given the reputation of this man. Does he know more? I’m glad to see more and more people with a voice in the mainstream world speaking up.

This is alarming, because at the same time multiple scientists all over the planet seem to agree that what we label as man-made global warming is in fact  not well understood like we think it is. The founder of the weather channel strongly agrees thatman-made global warming isn’t real. Scientists have even suggested that global warming has stopped and planetary temperatures have actually been cooling.

From my research, I’ve personally concluded that temperature changes are a result of the natural cyclical nature of planet Earth. I do believe pollution is a great cause for concern, that it impacts health and damages our environment and it’s critical systems. However, I do not believe that it is connected to warming the planet. I believe that global warming is another “crises” manufactured in order to propose a solution that fits an agenda the “elite” have been playing out for years. The problem has been labelled as global warming, and the proposed solution is geoengineering.

Some corporations and elitist groups thrive of off planetary conflict. There has been a lot of evidence to suggest that many world events and causes for concern are created by the elite, so they can then propose the solution. One example (out of many) was 9/11, create a false flag “terrorist” attack in order to justify the invasion of Iraq and other middle eastern countries, even though they were not involved with anything having to do with 9/11. Could global warming be another problem proposed by elitist groups in order to propose the solution of geoengineering? Could this link to chemtrails? What is the real agenda behind chemtrails?

Chlorine In Water Could Be Linked to Human Cancers

When it comes to chemical additives in water one of the biggest things that keeps me skeptical of the way it is done is the fact that it is done without our consent. We have no choice. I believe that if it was in our best interest then we would at least have a choice in the matter. Yes, Chlorine does kill potentially harmful microorganisms, and water-borne diseases, but doesn’t that make it a pesticide? Is it safe to be drinking and absorbing a pesticide?

So what is Chlorine? Chlorine belongs to the same chemical group as fluoride and belongs to a group of chemicals called pathogens. You have probably smelled it when you go into swimming pools, it has that mild bleach smell and it can turn your hair green. We are advised to shower after swimming in a pool, but doesn’t the water that we are using to shower with contain Chlorine as well?

Chlorine in its natural form is a common element on the Earth. When at room temperature chlorine is a yellowish-green gas. This gas is very toxic. Chlorine vaporizes much faster than water, so when we shower we are actually absorbing and inhaling up to 50% more Chlorine than if we were to just drink the water. When we inhale this gas it is particularly harmful because it is going directly into our blood stream. According to the Environmental Protection agency Americans are consuming 300-600 times the amount of chlorine that is considered safe to ingest. Chlorine is known as a persistent chemical, which means that unlike other sanitation chemicals it does not break down.

Chlorine has been known for its apparent use to kill harmful microorganisms that are in our drinking water and has been added to our public water supply for the last 90 years. One of the first cases of adding Chlorine to the water as a disinfectant was in 1850 by John Snow when he attempted to disinfect the Broad Street Pump water supply in London after an outbreak of Cholera. In 1897, Sims Woodhead used “bleach solution” as a remedy to sterilize the water that was being distributed in Maidstone, England following a Typhoid outbreak. So, being that it basically is watered down bleach, is it safe for us to be ingesting and absorbing into our skin?

Another interesting fact is the regular use of de-chlorination tablets when filling up water for a fish tank to keep the fish healthy. If the fish need it purified out why would we want ourselves to regularly shower and drink that same water?

When chlorine is added to our water it reacts with other natural compounds to form Trihalomethanes which are by-products of chlorine. These by-products produce free radicals in the body, which trigger cell damage, and are highly carcinogenic. The Environmental Defense Fund states that: “Although concentrations of these carcinogens (THMs) are low, it is precisely these low levels that cancer scientists believe are responsible for the majority of human cancers in the United States.”

What Can We Do?

Should you file a complaint to your city and request to have it removed? You can, but that probably won’t get you very far, as Chlorine does provide certain benefits and when that is the case most of the harmful effects are overlooked. It would end up being a long and tedious process, something that is probably not worth your time.

Fortunately, there is some good news here, chlorine is actually very easy to remove from tap water as most charcoal filters will remove it.  Many standard pitcher filters claim to remove 99% of Chlorine found in tap water, but based on my research I have found that most of them do not remove the THM’s from the water, which are the by-products that are now being linked to various cancers and miscarriages. When it comes to regular pitcher type filters, Omni (www.omni-water-filters) and Teledyne (www.teledynewaterquality.com) have been shown to be significantly better in removing the THM’s, as well as Chlorine from the water, but there are also some more effective higher-end filters. Any reverse osmosis system is sure to do the job, and is highly recommended. Not only because these filters will remove Chlorine, but also because of their capability to remove Fluoride. In the end clean, safe drinking water is a cornerstone to good health, so why not take some steps to ensure you have access to it!

Okay, so what about the water that we shower in? There are some simple attachments that can be bought and easily installed onto your already existing showerhead. Not only will you not be inhaling and absorbing this chemical into your body like a sponge, but you will begin to notice much softer skin and hair as a result!

Deadly Medicine: Heart Failure From Heart Medicine

It is hard to accept that the medical world is often times not in our best interest, as acknowledging such a concept means you have to take your health into your own hands and start learning. It is a blessing in disguise, really, as we should never stop learning. Prescription drugs are responsible for over 100,000 deaths a year. Why is this? Often times, the very problem we start taking prescription drugs for is the very problem the prescription drugs cause. A simple scenario would be the alarming amounts of suicides committed while people are taking anti-depressants. Something less mentioned though, is the heart medicine ‘Inderal’ that continually causes heart failure and death while the FDA effortlessly looks the other way. Staying true to the nature of far too many prescription drugs, Inderal can cause the condition it was designed to treat –or was it? In fact, it can actually make your condition much worse.

Many have not heard of Inderal, which is ironic considering it is the number one drug responsible for deaths not from overdose, but from taking the amount suggested by your doctors and outlined by the FDA. On August 6th of this year, 8,764 people reported side effects from Inderal, side effects significant enough to cause concern. Of these 8,764 people, 106 died. There have already been 106 deaths from Inderal in 2013, roughly 13 deaths a month.  There have already been 8,764 people who have suffered side effects from Inderal that were serious enough to cause concern in 2013; which is roughly 1,096 people a month. With four months left in 2013, the idea of these numbers rising is not at all far fetched.  If you think those numbers sound too high, then realizing this next fact is truly upsetting: The FDA is only required to report a certain amount of cases of diseases and prescription drug deaths each year, and what is reported is typically the minimum amount required. So, the number of deaths from Inderal thus far may unfortunately be much, much higher.

How does this happen? Well, Inderal causes heart failure when not administered properly. That is to say, if a person is misdiagnosed and prescribed Inderal, their life is potentially in a great deal of jeopardy.  Inderal slows down the heart, so if it is given to a person who does not have a heart condition, the idea of their heart slowing down and eventually stopping over time is a very real one. For example, and this is just an example, as I realize no two cases are entirely alike for any ailment.  People with allergies in their bloodstream are susceptible to being improperly diagnosed with a heart condition and administered Inderal. This mistake is easily made because allergies in the bloodstream affect the walls of the heart, causing the valves to malfunction; meaning the root cause of the problem is not heart related, and taking heart medication such as Inderal is not only a “band aid” drug that fails to treat the problem, it is also so much worse considering it puts the patient’s life in danger. Too frequently, the sources of illnesses are not treated, but rather the symptoms are masked with an Rx pad. This may cause some temporary relief but does not heal a person, and in the topic of example, it actually makes the person’s health condition far worse than necessary.

Allergies in the bloodstream are healed by giving the patient proper nutrients to correct the allergies and normalize their valves, which gradually corrects the condition. Prescription drugs may be entirely unnecessary. I say may be, because it is a possibility and I am not entitled to speak on behalf of every patient with blood allergies. While this is merely an example of how life threatening prescription drugs can be, it represents the countless lives of misdiagnosed patients who did not have to die; and who probably would not have, had their body been addressed as a whole and thoroughly examined. If you receive a hasty diagnosis and are handed a prescription, it may be quite wise to hold off on popping the chemical filled pills until you find an intelligent nutritionist and doctor willing to take the time to rule out all possibilities that could be causing your health problems.

4th Amendment violations - Police corruption & crimes exposed

This started because of, 2 mentally ill daughters, son-in-law & ex trying to extort money & property from me & family. With a crooked lawyer (Wildridge) & crooked troopers & crooked court system as can be seen on other posts concerning them. The start of this can be seen on the “The start of trouble in Arizona” post. These people have based my being a bad guy because I do historical reenactments (mostly 18th century) & movie shoots etc. Only someone mentally ill would think people are really being killed or even hurt at these events. I have never signed any documents to date!

6-5-13 I just received some papers from Social Security (thru an attorney) & Dept of Human Services of Fairbanks that when I went in to report my change of address at the state office for Medicaid (March 2010), the gal there was scared of how I looked. I had told them I was going to start a business & build an 18th century movie set (fort & village) to shoot movies & have events there. It would bring in money for the whole community there. I guess she went into panic mode & reported me as a survivalist type & that I was building a compound & was a potentially violent person because of my looks & I was living so far out & not part of the “mainstream”. They called the cops & filed a report against me & that is why they never did anything about all the things stolen from me or the other many crimes committed against me. In a bail hearing it was asked, why get a warrant & travel 150 miles on a misdemeanor (that I never did to start with & can prove) when the law calls for a summons (see “arrest warrant” info) unless there is special risk of some sort (there wasn't). The little Trooper said (on record I have), it was because of rumors & talk going around about me (He called it inter office information)& that I did not like the Troopers (which I never said till after this). ALL their evidence is hearsay & rumors. Not one time did anyone try to verify their stories. They are a bunch of immature & mentally ill people to say the least! They went to all this trouble to set me up just because a mentally unstable case worker did not like how I looked & that I preferred to live out of town & be self-sufficient. This is absolutely crazy they did all this to me because of crazy people not liking my looks & my name & where I live? I have several pages of these comments from more than one person. It was like a chain reaction of agencies & not one person tried to verify any of it! 

They used the Media to tell outright lies about what happened on Aug 8th 2012. Not one reporter ever asked me about my side. They slandered my good name with pure lies & it showed its effect with the Grand Jury & people ever since that read those lies. I was denied all contact with anyone outside.
It started a few days before Aug 8th, with a phone call (there were several with them)from Riddle about a letter I sent to Sarah a month earlier asking what it would take for them to quit harassing me. I told her I checked with the courthouse first & they told me it was ok as the restraining order deal was over, so a letter was ok, but no personal contact. Then she asked about my talking to Ken’s boss. I told her I didn’t know it was Ken’s boss & was only there to sell my house. Riddle knew then there was no intent & no legal need for a warrant. A month earlier when I got no response to the letter I sold the semi to a dealer for half price for lawyer money & we sat down with theirs & got an extortion agreement done. I was clear to sell my house. After we got the agreement done Marcella & I were in doing laundry & met a fella that was working up in Manley on roads & said he knew someone who might be getting the bid to pave the Elliott Hwy & they might want it for crew quarters & parking equipment & told me where to find him. It turned out after I talked to him it was also Ken’s boss. I didn’t know it at the time & Ken went crying to Yancey about that too. Using this excuse they backed out yet again wanting more. They have done that with every agreement we have made. I told riddle all this & told her I now had a lawyer on this & to check with him on it. A couple days later on Aug 8th Yancey is calling several times. He is a notorious liar & his word is worthless. I have never heard him say one truthful thing ever. He is not very intelligent yet thinks he knows everything. I told him to talk to my lawyer & I would be in to take care of this. It’s 150 miles to town & you don’t just hop in & go without setting things up first. He calls more & even pretends to be someone else when Marcella answers. She is listening in on all these calls too as a witness. We knew they were up to something, but I had done nothing wrong. I called my lawyer when Riddle first called & let him know every time Yancey called & he said he would talk to them & to have them call him instead of me so we could set it up to take care of this. I told all this to Yancey, so they all knew full well there was no legal basis for a warrant to start with & not even a need for a summons as I would be in to town to take care of it before a summons would reach me. The last phone call with Yancey is when I asked why they do nothing to those that are robbing me & harassing me etc. He said & this is a quote “This is personal, they are friends of mine & I like them & I don’t like you. No state trooper will ever do anything to help you & we will get you for something”. It was a few hours later that Riddle & Neason came sneaking in. I was outside working on the roofs of workshop add-ons. They were sitting in their truck out of site at end of driveway eating lunch & admit they could hear me working. When I quit for a break they decide to walk in as to hide their identity. To help hide who they are Neason is wearing some gay kind of jumpsuit that I or anyone else has never seen any trooper wear. I walk into the house & Hank is following me & we never knew they were out in the driveway because of the trees. I put an S bend into the drive so the house etc can’t be seen from the road on purpose. We went into the house to rest & I was getting ready to go to the outhouse & Marcella thought she saw a couple heads go by front window around my truck that was out there. She ran to the doors on front porch & I checked out side door to see whose vehicle it was. People just don’t walk up to your house when your that far out. If they do & aren’t up to no good they will yell out to the house when approaching. Everyone does it. I figured at first it was someone broke down. Nobody goes to the door unarmed in rural places, much less the Alaska bush. My pistol was in the truck as we were getting ready for the trip to town to straighten out this mess. I grabbed the shotgun to take & put by the outside door for just in case. As I came out of the main house into the room between the two houses, it’s an enclosed porch/work area with French doors going outside to front porch. As I step into this area I see Marcella out on porch & door is closed. I was still about 8ft from front door & see someone come up to her & shove her (it’s Neason’s first physical assault) & she turns to open door & come in quickly & at same time I’m heading towards her to stop this assault. I get about 6ft from door (the door opens inward & so impossible to be any closer for it to open & someone come in & past you) & she runs past me & this guy is chasing her inside & (I have only a fraction of a second to react & protect my family) (Neason has just committed his first illegal entry without a search warrant or cause) I bring up the shotgun pointing it at his head & start to say “no further”, but only get out the word no because Neason starts his assault on me. He is shocked to see me there & tries to grab the end of the shotgun barrel & at same time is tripping backwards over boxes of stuff & his own feet. We had things packed up & there was only a path through stuff. The front porch was cluttered up too with tools & building materials & such. I got my finger off the trigger so he wouldn’t shoot himself & thinking what kind of fool is this? As he fell down backwards over his own feet I pulled the shotgun straight back & saw Riddle (dressed in regular uniform) standing out in driveway down below porch where she was hiding behind my truck (porch sits over 3ft above ground level ), she was out of site till I got to the door. (The other door had things piled in front & couldn’t see through it). I then hit the safety on & handed the shotgun to Marcella in the same motion & asked him “what the hell is going on?” (He admits this in court, but they took it off the audio). He has said not one word to me or anyone inside the house to this point. The whole thing was less than 2 seconds & Marcella going behind me missed the whole thing. That is how quick it was. As he was kicking his little feet & trying to get his gun out, he was laying with his head about out the door. I backed up just enough that he could get up & put up both hands palm open & facing them. Neason was yelling that they had a warrant (that was a lie as it took two more days to come up with a bogus warrant) (see warrant)That is when Riddle ran up & pulled her gun on us & then Neason stood up & pulled his gun. Neason was standing just inside of doorway & Riddle was behind him on porch outside & they were both screaming & yelling to put down the gun etc, but Marcella had it & took it back into the house. I had no gun & there was no need to pull theirs. It was over already. There was never any struggle other than in Neason’s mind. They never took the shotgun from me as they claim. I never touched them in any way till Neason stomped my knees (excessive force). Riddle admits to trying to murder me at this time in court & her statements. Said in court she was trying to get in a position to shoot me without hitting Hank who was behind me & I was clearly unarmed. (They both admit to several assault lll & to attempted murder in many statements) Neason also said he would have shot me if he could have figured out how to get his gun out. There was no need for them to pull guns at all. There was no need for them to be there period. They hollered they had a warrant (they never showed the warrant) for me because of the letter I sent a month earlier (The letter is the one the courthouse told me was OK to send. That is called “entrapment”). It was a very small misdemeanor & I figured to be right back home, so as Neason backs out of house to front porch & I step out. He is saying I’m under arrest for the warrant & I put my hands behind my back. Then he says he wants me to lay down, but the porch is cluttered & I have to move things with my feet as I try & get down. He is shaking terribly. As I’m getting down he starts stomping my knees with his boots (excessive force) & that is when Marcella & Hank yells at him that I have bad knees & bad heart & he says he doesn’t care. He puts the cuffs on extra tight (another excessive force)& then I’m thinking they came up to kill me, because they were being totally illegal & violating so many rights & no warrant or anything. Nothing was legal about any of it. After Yancey had threatened me & they had no warrant as law requires at time of arrest & they never once identified themselves, I’m still not sure if they are real troopers at this time as their actions were illegal big time. Then he tells me to stand up & as I try, as the porch is cluttered & my hands are behind my back & I have bad back & now my knees are killing me it takes an extra second & Neason then says he’ll roll me off the porch. Then he turns around & goes back inside the house crossing first the front entry porch threshold & then the main house threshold committing 2 counts of illegal entry on top of the first one. He then steals the shotgun & contents of it from the house, (Very illegal without a search warrant). He came back out & as we walked off porch I yelled to Marcella to call Zane. That way if they killed me on the way to town, someone would know. Then on way out to his truck he said he was going to charge me with assault & I told him it was self-defense & I said it twice on audio. Grand Jury was by law to be told that was my defense & the D.A. ignored that law & others & by that it was an illegal indictment & there were many other false hoods that made it illegal. Basically everything they did to me was illegal & I have all the audios (even after they butchered them) & court statements & eyewitnesses to prove it all as illegal. The whole incident from start to Finish was only about 4 minutes. I then had to ride with hands behind my back in over tight handcuffs for a 4 hour rough road ride (pure case of torture). As we left Neason admits (it’s on audio) that they protect drug dealers & thieves. I was in more pain than can be described. When we got to the jail & cuffs off, my hands were so swollen I couldn’t move them. I showed them to the nurse who first comes out when they book you & she said she sees that a lot & it’s terrible. It was 2 weeks before they would move right & I have tendon damage in left hand & nerve damage in the right & my knee will need surgery again to fix it. I was denied medical treatment & now waiting on paperwork, so I can get checked out. (a year later & I am still trying to get medical treatment & still in pain). They had no warrant to show as law states they must at time of arrest as Riddle was the one who prepared it, they should have had it & no legal reason why they didn’t. The warrant I was finally given 2 days later had the fax date 8-10-12 & the arresting officer part wasn’t filled in yet because they got it after arrest & post dated it the 7th & sent it just minutes before arraignment (falsifying evidence) , so had no time to fill out the bottom part. Also that is when they added more bogus outrageous charges. I was denied bail & denied contact outside of the jail about my case. All this to cover THEIR crimes. All legal papers & notes I sent out to my dad were seized. They also made me take a pill against my wishes (I found out later it was to reduce my blood pressure even further than the pills I was already taking to induce a heart failure)& it made my head spin bad every time I moved & made it hard to even think straight. It took over a month after getting out, to get some form of normal thought back. I understood nothing of court goings on or anything else. Nothing made sense to me & any agreements I was forced to sign etc while I was in jail & under influence of their drugs for several weeks after were done under duress & have no legal validity. I did not & will not agree to or with anything that I was forced to sign under duress. I was told that they could keep me in jail for a year or more without a trial & could add more charges anytime. I knew I would not live another week or two at time I got out. My feet & legs were swelling badly & my life was slipping away. My lawyer was afraid of them to do anything & went through all the money my dad put up from his home equity because I was broke. I was in debt from being forced to move all my things back to lower 48 the year before because of harassment. Getting out of jail was the only way I had to fight this & survive from the torture. A few days after I was in jail my lawyer & his wife flew up to take pictures etc & Marcella drove them around. They turned around at Sarah & Ken’s driveway. They (Sarah & Ken) went into panic mode & called the troopers saying Marcella had a couple men with her. Then went & got a restraining order against her & her son Hank who was in W.V. saying she had emails of us planning to skin them & feed them to different animals. The crooked judge signed it without checking out such a wild claim. They had equally crazy statements in mine. It is so obvious these people are mentally ill. About 3 weeks or more after I was in jail & After Sarah took out order on Marcella & Hank (who was in WV at this time). Fearing for her safety up there alone, Marcella had to go back to WV. Then the troopers decide to get a search warrant (this was only talk as there was no search warrant ever shown. This was another illegal entry & vandalism) to go take pictures of where the arrest happened. Now Marcella had cleaned off the porch & put tools etc away & packed away the things on the porch before she left, so the place looked completely different from Aug 8th. They got a house key from Ken they said & who was suppose to have turned in all keys when they moved out. He kept some & that is intent to commit burglary. There was no reason or purpose to get a search warrant or go there period at that time. The scene had changed & pictures would prove nothing. I found pictures they took with supposed search warrant & they are faked big time as I have pictures from that day of how the scene looked. They even kicked in my side door to gain entry. My dad had offered to go up with keys to let them in too, but they decided to vandalize my house for fun. The only crimes ever committed there were by the troopers.
I need as much support & ideas as I can get. If anyone knows a real lawyer there are many many millions to be had here for a good lawyer. Most important is the need to protect everyone’s civil rights as this was a clear cut violation of many & can’t be allowed to stand as precedence. I have audios & court documents & eyewitnesses & statues & case law to prove every word is true. The State of Alaska needs to expunge my record of all the wrongful charges they have put on my record & make compensation of all my losses & that of my family & compensation for my injuries & pain & suffering I & my family have been wrongfully put through. I was held in jail for 10 weeks & denied medical treatment for my injuries & for my bad heart. I was forced to take meds that made me dizzy & not think straight. I was denied contact with anyone outside about my case. I have had no chance to speak or show evidence. I was threatened that if I did they would add more charges & hold me indefinitely. My health was failing fast & I truly believe I would have been dead in another week or two in there. (Can see on FCC- Fairbanks Correctional Center report.)
